• Responsible for SEB Next Generation- The Norwegian Performance player program.

• Responsible for educating coaches for kids and Level 1.

• We have educated 600 coaches trough Srndpty and 450 through Federation.

• Coached players from 2-90 years old, from beginners to national champions.
