• Was responsible for SEB Next Generation- The Norwegian Performance player program.

• Responsible for educating coaches for kids and Level 1 and level 2 ITF.

• We have educated 700 coaches trough Srndpty and 650 through Federation.

• Have had numerous speaking engagements all over the world.

  ( Denmark, USA, Brazil , Argentina, Switzerland, Poland, UAE).

• Coached players from 2-90 years old, from beginners to national champions.
